HR Business Partner - Crypto Exchange

We are partnering with a leading global crypto exchange to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team in Abu Dhabi. This is a key role within a fast-scaling international business, supporting senior stakeholders and driving people strategy in a high-performance environment.Our client is seeking a commercially minded HR professional with strong HR Business Partnering experience, a background in fast-paced organisations, and full fluency in Mandarin and English.The RoleWorking closely with business leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor across a broad range of people-related matters, helping to shape organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, and employee engagement.Key responsibilities include:Partnering with business leaders to understand team dynamics, organisational challenges, and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance across onboarding, performance management, promotions, and employee relations mattersParticipating in leadership and operational meetings, offering HR insights to support business decision-makingAdvising on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiativesManaging and resolving complex employee relations cases, conducting objective and thorough investigationsSupporting the implementation and rollout of HR policies and people programmes across the organisationEnsuring compliance with relevant employment regulations, working closely with internal legal teams where requiredIdentifying capability gaps and recommending training initiatives and executive coaching where appropriateLeveraging people data and partnering with HR Centres of Excellence to develop HR programmes and solutionsMonitoring and evaluating HR initiatives to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goalsThe ProfileWe are interested in speaking with HR professionals who bring:Significant HR Business Partnering experience within fast-paced, high-growth organisationsExperience operating in dynamic sectors such as technology, fintech, digital platforms, consulting, or other high-growth environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leadershipExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational capabilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)Experience working in international or multicultural organisations is advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
