As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our company.Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related informationAssist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordinationSupport the onboarding process for new hires and conduct new employee orientationsAdminister employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and proceduresCollaborate with management to implement performance management processes and conduct annual reviewsDevelop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeEnsure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with any changesAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresGenerate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processesHandle employee relations issues and contribute to maintaining a positive work environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in HR role.Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulationsExperience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and developmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)#J-18808-Ljbffr
