HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAEHR Manager Job in Abu-DhabiWe are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, ensuring the efficient administration of all HR functions, and handling all employee-related matters.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of human resource management. He/she should have a good knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to HR management. He/she must be able to motivate staff and build relationships with clients, stakeholders, as well as other departments.Responsibilities:• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues• Managing the recruitment process from advertising job vacancies to interviewing candidates• Developing training programs for employees• Developing performance evaluation systems• Providing counseling on policies and procedures when needed• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management• Updating job requirements when neededRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal• Strong knowledge of labor law regulationsSalary: 1800 AED per month.
