We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our team in Dubai and support our business through strategic and operational HR leadership.Position Overview:As an HR Manager at Marsh Dubai, you will serve as a trusted advisor to People Managers across the region, providing expert guidance and support across a broad range of HR functions. This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services and programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance with local regulations. Please note, Talent Acquisition activities such as recruitment and onboarding are managed by our dedicated Talent Acquisition team and are outside the scope of this role.ResponsibilitiesAdvise and guide People Managers on all HR matters including:Performance management, including supporting training and mentoring programs and monitoring complianceCommunications, change management, and organizational effectivenessCompensation, benefits, and global mobilityWellbeing initiatives, including managing local wellness programs and annual health screeningsLeave, absence management, and coordination with workforce administration for return-to-work accommodationsInclusion and diversity awareness and initiativesEmployee relations, including investigations, performance improvement, disciplinary actions, grievances, and appeals, with escalation to Employee Relations for complex issuesCareer development, succession planning, and internal mobilityLead and support the rollout and delivery of HR programs in the region, contributing to continuous process improvementsAct as the sole HR representative in certain countries, collaborating with HR colleagues across multiple locations and ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirementsProvide local business insights to Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and People Partners to inform strategic workforce planning and performance management solutionsSupport People Managers and employees during restructuring activities, including planning and executing consultations and, where applicable, leading discussions with local works council representativesEnsure all local regulatory and statutory obligations are met, escalating issues to legal or other experts as neededCollaborate with People Partners and CoEs to implement best practices tailored to regional and country-specific needsMentor and support peers and junior HR Managers to maintain consistent, high-quality HR service deliveryDeputize for the Lead HR Manager as requiredQualificationsProven experience in an HR business partner or HR management role, preferably within a multinational environmentStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws and local employment regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levelsDemonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalismExperience in organizational change management and employee engagement initiativesAbility to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations and culturesWhy Join Marsh?Opportunity to work in a dynamic, global company with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusionCollaborative and supportive work environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesApplication Process:If you are a proactive HR professional ready to make a significant impact in a growing region, we invite you to apply for the HR Manager position in Dubai.
