Applicants must already be located inside the UAE to be considered for this opportunity.Work Schedule: 6 days per week Sunday to FridaySalary: AED 22-30K pm + Medical Ins for self + Annual Flight for self + Visa for self + Bonus (discretionary, performance based)About the CompanyAn international oil and gas manufacturing and industrial business with an operational facility located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.Required Profile7+ years professional HR experience in the UAE including proven track record in a HR Manager role.Must have experience in dealing with the UAE ministry of law and be familiar with UAE labour laws.Previous experience in handling blue‑collar workforce.Expertise with managing people, employee relations, handling visas and licensing renewals, holidays/annual leaves.The ideal candidate will come from oil and gas, construction contracting, manufacturing or steel sectors where you have volume hiring and a large blue‑collar workforce.LanguagesFluent in English is a must, Arabic is advantageous.EducationDegree in Human Resources or Business Administration or even Engineering (or similar).#J-18808-Ljbffr
