Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing and innovative startup operating at the intersection of gaming and blockchain technologies headquartered in Dubai.What Youll Do:Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR data within internal systems.Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process including document preparation, orientation scheduling and exit procedures.Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries providing timely support and guidance.Ensure compliance with labor regulations and assist in maintaining up-to-date HR policies, guidelines and documentation.Coordinate office setup and relocation projects managing relationships with contractors, suppliers and vendors.Collaborate on workspace design and layout planning to align with the organizations culture, efficiency and productivity goals.Oversee daily office operations to maintain a professional, organized and well-functioning work environment.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.What Were Looking For:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Interior Design, Hospitality Management or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in HR operations and office or facility management.Demonstrated experience managing office fit-out projects and a solid understanding of workspace/interior design concepts.Background in hospitality, serviced offices or coworking spaces is a strong advantage.Excellent organizational coordination and multitasking abilities.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Benefits:Competitive & open salary range based on your true capability, not just your titleHybrid working & flexible hoursAnnual leave up to 24 days/yearHome visit benefit – 2 flight tickets/year to reunite with your familyMultinational team with members from 16 countries – diverse yet supportiveRecruitment Process:HR InterviewTechnical InterviewBackground CheckOffer#J-18808-Ljbffr
