Located in Saudi Arabia, Talent at is committed to contributing to the nation's vision for a prosperous and sustainable future.Role OverviewOur confidential client is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support and execute end-to-end HR operational activities across head office and mine/site environments. The role reports directly to the Deputy CEO and is responsible for maintaining efficient HR administration, employee records, payroll coordination inputs, onboarding and offboarding processes, and compliance-focused workforce support in a safety-critical mining environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations activities including employee files, HR letters, contracts, lifecycle transactions, and document control across head office and site locations.Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate joining and exit processes including documentation, induction support, employee status updates, clearance processes, and probation tracking.Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential employee records in line with internal standards and legal requirements; monitor document validity and expiry items where applicable.HRIS & Data Accuracy: Update and maintain HRIS records for new hires, transfers, compensation changes, leave, reporting lines, and employee status changes; support data audits and reconciliations.Time, Attendance & Payroll Coordination: Validate attendance, leave, roster, overtime, and payroll-related inputs with site/admin teams and coordinate monthly payroll submissions with Finance.Benefits Administration: Support employee medical insurance and benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, renewals, and coordination with external providers.Policy Implementation: Support communication and implementation of HR policies, procedures, forms, and employee handbook requirements across office and site teams.Employee Relations Support: Maintain documentation and process support for disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and employee case records in line with policy and escalation protocols.Compliance & Audit Readiness: Help maintain HR compliance readiness through disciplined records, checklists, trackers, and supporting evidence for internal and external reviews.Contractor Workforce Coordination: Where applicable, support tracking of contractor or third-party workforce documentation relevant to site readiness and workforce compliance.HR Reporting: Prepare routine HR operational reports on headcount, onboarding, attendance exceptions, contract status, probation due dates, leave, and compliance gaps.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Deputy CEO, Operations, Site Managers, HSE, Finance, Legal, IT, and external service providers to maintain smooth HR service delivery.Qualifications(4-6) years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.Experience in mining, heavy industry, construction, manufacturing, or other operational/site-based environments is strongly preferred.Practical exposure to employee lifecycle administration, contracts, records management, payroll inputs, and HR compliance controls.Experience supporting remote sites, camp operations, rotational workforces, or multi-location employee populations is an advantage.Strong knowledge of HR documentation standards, data accuracy requirements, and confidential file handling.Good understanding of labor law requirements, attendance/leave administration, and employee relations process support.Strong coordination skills and the ability to work across corporate and operational stakeholders.Preferred / Nice-to-haveExperience working with contractor workforce documentation or third-party manpower coordination.Exposure to HRIS, payroll systems, and time & attendance tools.Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or workforce documentation controls.HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent is a plus.Success MetricsHR records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready across active employee files.Onboarding and offboarding processes are completed on time and with proper documentation.HRIS and employee master data accuracy improve, with fewer discrepancies and corrections.Payroll-related HR inputs are submitted accurately and within agreed cut-off timelines.Attendance and leave discrepancies are resolved efficiently before payroll close.Employee letters, contracts, and HR requests are handled within agreed service levels.Policy acknowledgements, compliance trackers, and workforce records are maintained consistently.HR report
