HSE Officer

Algihaz Holding is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive HSE Officer to join our growing team in KSA.To maintain a safe work environment, eliminate risks to health, safety, and the environment, andensure full compliance with AGH and client HSE standards, policies, and regulations.What you’ll doMaintain a safe work environment by eliminating risks to health, safety, and the environment.Ensure compliance with AGH and client HSE standards, policies, and regulations.Organize and deliver HSE training tailored to on‑site tasks.Implement HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), JSP (Job Safety Plan), and LPP (Life Protection Plan) during job execution.Update and manage HSE documentation and records according to company and client standards.Conduct site inspections, oversee safety activities, and ensure staff follow safety procedures, reporting issues to management.Attend meetings with clients and management to discuss safety matters and legislative updates.What you'll needDiploma/Higher Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Safety) or High School with extensive professional experienceExperience 10 years of experience in an HSE role as per SEC Requirements, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.SEC approval in Overhead transmission line work is preferred. Overhead Transmission Line experience in GCC Countries is PreferredStrong problem‑solving skillsAttention to detail and quality focusAccountability and OwnershipKnowledge of HSE regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA)Risk assessment and hazard identificationIncident investigation and reportingHSE training and communicationDocument and record managementFamiliarity with site operations and emergency responseProficiency in report writing and using HSE software/tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
