The HSE Officer will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and conducting inspections to identify hazards. Additional tasks include providing safety training, developing EHS policies, preparing safety reports, and ensuring occupational health regulations are met while working collaboratively with project teams.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health&Safety, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum<b>10 years of HSE experience</b>, preferably in construction or large-scale projects.</li><li>Recognized HSE certifications such as:</li><li>NEBOSH IGC (mandatory)</li><li>OSHA (preferred)</li><li>ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 knowledge</li><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and standards.</li><li>Proven experience in a supervisory role.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to enforce compliance and influence safety culture on-site.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
