HSE Senior Engineer

Job Number250002FGDescriptionImplement and maintain company HSE policy, procedures and the project HSE plan.Conduct HSE awareness sessions, toolbox talks to workforce under his project on a daily basis.Ensure that all PTW required works are conducted according to Company PTW procedures.Ensure that all HSE risk assessment control measures are performed properly.Inspect the project under his authority regularly on a daily basis to ensure that all works are conducted in a safe manner.Report any incidents that happen in his project such as: unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near‑misses or accidents.Has the right to stop unsafe works or nonconforming works against the project HSE plan, company procedures or HSE standards.Supervise and lead the subcontractor HSE officers.Record HSE key performance indicators monthly and issue HSE reports.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction/contracting industry.Certification: NEBOSH IGC (mandatory), OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.Good knowledge of local HSE regulations and international best practices.Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.TAQA approved as senior HSE Engineer.Primary LocationUnited Arab Emirates / Abu Dhabi / Head Office / Guardian Towers – Power UAEJob PostingJan 18, 2026, 2:21:46 PMMain FunctionHSE Company Name: El Sewedy Power UAE Business Group#J-18808-Ljbffr
