<div><h3>About EPSA:</h3><p>We are a global family-owned business with over 60 years in the mining, civil and earth moving industry operating in several countries throughout the world.</p><p>We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team.</p><p>Position:<b>HSE Technican</b></p><p>We are seeking for an experienced HSE Technican to join our team in Turaif (Saudi Arabia).</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><h3>Safety Management Systems</h3><ul><li>Support the implementation of project-specific HSE management plans, including:<ul><li>Health and Safety Management Plan.</li><li>Traffic Management Plan.</li><li>Fatigue Management Plan.</li><li>Waste Management Plan.</li><li>Emergency Response Plan.</li></ul></li><li>Understand and apply key HSE documentation such as:<ul><li>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Permit to Work Systems (Hot&Cold).</li><li>Safe Work Instructions (SWIs).</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Risk Management</h3><ul><li>Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, and control measures.</li><li>Promote proactive reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.</li><li>Support regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.</li></ul><h3>Training</h3><ul><li>Deliver and support the implementation of HSE induction and training programs for all site personnel.</li><li>Ensure all employees have up-to-date and complete training records.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks, pre-start meetings, and refresher sessions.</li><li>Provide specialized training related to permits to work, SOPs, SWIs, and emergency procedures.</li></ul><h3>Operational Control</h3><ul><li>Conduct daily site inspections and safety walks with operational teams (workshop, production, drilling/blasting, surveying, etc.).</li><li>Participate in pre-start meetings and coach employees on safe work practices.</li><li>Contribute to the review and updating of traffic management maps and site safety documentation.</li><li>Support equipment and machinery inspections as required.</li></ul><h3>Incident&Accident Management</h3><ul><li>Assist in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Maintain accurate incident records and reporting.</li></ul><h3>Emergency Response</h3><ul><li>Maintain familiarity with the site's Emergency Response Plan (ERP).</li><li>Support the implementation of site emergency procedures.</li><li>Contribute to ensuring personnel are aware of and trained in emergency protocols.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Technical diploma or equivalent.</li><li>HSE-related certifications (e.g., Occupational Health&Safety, Risk Assessment, First Aid, Fire Safety).</li><li>Basic training in environmental management is an asset.</li></ul><h3>Preferred qualifications</h3><ul><li>NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification (.</li><li>Additional training or certification in emergency response, fire safety, or first aid.</li><li>Experience in mining, construction, or heavy earthmoving operations.</li><li>Knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li></ul><h3>Pre-Employment Requirements</h3><ul><li>Reference checks will be conducted.</li><li>Alcohol and drug testing applies as per company policy.</li><li>All applicants will be subject to an assessment test.</li><li>All applicants will be required to undergo and successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination.</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>Job stability.</li><li>Attractive salary.</li></ul><p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
