POSITION OBJECTIVEThe position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel Group and improvise the same in terms of configuration and customization as per the business requirement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support in developing HRMS softwareAssist in the review of data in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracyFollowing all processes defined in the project including system administrationEnsures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and auditsCollaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)Update of employee information, documents etc in the HRMS manually avoiding an excel upload from the vendor sideProvide the user details to all employees for HRMS accessEnsures the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordinglyReport preparationHandles queries related to HRMS for employees#J-18808-Ljbffr
