Human Resources Business Partner

We are representing a leading manufacturing company (confidential until a non-disclosure agreement is signed) in search of a seasoned HR Business Partner to support its growing operations in Saudi Arabia.This role is ideal for an HR leader who understands the complexities of industrial environments and can drive people strategies that align with shop-floor realities and business goals.Key Responsibilities:Partner with plant and functional leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and development.Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives.Support talent strategies at the P&L level, including succession planning and skills development.Ensure HR compliance and provide guidance on labor law, employee relations, and conflict resolution.Use HR metrics and data to influence decisions and support continuous improvement.What You Bring:7+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.Strong advisory skills with the ability to coach leaders and influence without authority.Solid understanding of Saudi labor regulations and workforce dynamics.Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; experience with global teams is a plus.Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.Note: Company details will be shared after signing a confidentiality agreement.If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced industrial environment, we’d love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
