Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for leading all human resources activities in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on Saudization, Compensation & Benefits, and acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to support business growth. The role ensures compliance with local labor regulations and aligns HR practices with the company’s regional and global strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesSaudization & Government RelationsDevelop and implement Saudization strategies in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.Monitor and manage company compliance with the Nitaqat Program.Lead recruitment and development initiatives to increase the employment and retention of Saudi nationals.Manage relationships with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulatory requirements.Manage and administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs in the Kingdom.Ensure market competitiveness and internal equity through salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, medical insurance, and allowances.Support bonus programs, salary reviews, and incentive plans aligned with business performance.Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements related to employee benefits and social insurance.HR Business PartnerAct as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.Support managers in employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.Provide HR insights and data to support business decision‑making.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and Saudization requirements.Experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partner roles.Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
