As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Saudi Arabia operations by delivering high quality HR services, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational performance. You will implement global and regional HR programs, support workforce planning needs for project based operations, and help build a strong, future ready HR function within the Kingdom. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering & HR Advisory: Provide day to day HR guidance to managers and employees across Saudi Arabia, supporting business objectives through effective organization design, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and career development; advise leaders on HR matters in alignment with Saudi Labour Law, company policies, and cultural expectations; support change management initiatives and help drive an engaging, inclusive, and high performing work environment. HR Program Delivery: Execute global and regional HR programs within the Kingdom, including annual performance reviews, salary review cycles, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives; ensure consistent implementation of corporate HR practices while adapting them appropriately to Saudi regulations and cultural norms. Workforce Planning & Onboarding: Support regional project teams with workforce planning, including recruiting talent for project roles, mobilizing staff to project sites, and managing demobilization and transitions at project completion; partner with operations teams to ensure timely staffing, compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and effective onboarding and offboarding processes. Coaching & Employee Relations: Coach managers on key HR topics such as performance feedback, employee relations, selection practices, diversity and inclusion, and career development; provide guidance on addressing employee issues in compliance with internal policies and Saudi labour regulations. HR Operations & Process Improvement: Strengthen local HR processes and contribute to improving service delivery across the HR function; help enhance the capability of the HR team in Saudi Arabia to support future business growth and evolving workforce needs. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with regional and global HR teams to align local practices with global strategy; lead or support HR initiatives within Saudi Arabia and contribute to cross regional projects where required. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 7-10 years of HR experience, including time spent in a generalist or HRBP capacity; experience in project driven or engineering/consulting environments preferred. Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudization/Nitaqat requirements, and HR best practices in the Kingdom. Experience working in a multinational or multicultural organization is an asset. Broad HR generalist expertise, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, talent development, and employee relations. Strong business acumen and understanding of project based workforce models. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions using data, judgment, and practical experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
