HVAC DRAFTSMAN

Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and develop HVAC shop drawings coordination drawings and asbuilt drawings in compliance with project specifications and design requirements.Generate detailed layouts for ductwork, chilled water piping and ventilation systems.Coordinate HVAC drawings with other MEP services to resolve any clashes or discrepancies.Ensure all drawings adhere to project standards MEP codes and consultant requirements.Update drawings based on site conditions RFIs and consultant/client feedback.Assist site engineers and project managers by providing technical support through updated drawings and documentation.Maintain drawing records revision history and ensure timely submission of drawings to the engineering team.Key QualificationsDiploma or Certification in Mechanical Drafting.Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman in contracting companies within the GCC.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with MEP standards and guidelines.Solid understanding of HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water systems, ventilation and exhaust systems.Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality accurate drawings.Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.Vertical: Digital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
