INCOME AUDITOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Income Auditor to oversee revenue assurance processes and ensure the accuracy of daily income reporting across our diverse business units, including hospitality, wellness, retail, and events. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong accounting acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and finance teams.Key Responsibilities :Audit and verify all revenue streams, ensuring accurate and timely recording of income.Reconcile Point of Sale (POS), Property Management System (PMS), and other operational systems with financial reports.Review daily revenue reports, credit card reconciliations, and cash deposits.Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve variances.Monitor discounts, complimentary services, and loyalty benefits to ensure policy compliance.Prepare and submit daily revenue summaries and exception reports to management.Support month-end closing by providing accurate income data and audit trails.Ensure adherence to internal controls and standard operating procedures.Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.Recommend improvements to revenue control processes and systems.Requirements :Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in income auditing or a similar accounting role, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, environments.Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.Familiarity with ERP systems and POS / PMS integrations (e.g., Oracle,SAP, Opera, Toast, etc.).Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
