Incoming Quality Inspector

Job PurposeIncoming inspection of material.Maintains the quality standard of incoming inspection.Maintains all records of incoming inspection.New supplier development activities.Maintains the non-conformances of in-process & incoming parts.Support engineer’s & manager in day-to-day activities.Follow health and safety instruction and safe working procedure as per LIMS.Job ContentThe position is responsible to:Sr. supplier quality inspector.To test the units as per the Quality Control InstructionWork with team and take continuous improvement initiatives and make suggestions for any improvements.Key AccountabilitiesDescription of the Accountability Performance Indicators (How accountability is measured)Incoming inspection & LIISNon-conformanceNew developments sample inspection and documentationIn-house new project parts inspectionProvide all data and supportProcessing solving & RCASupport the recovery of cost of poor quality for new suppliersQualifications, Experience & SkillsDiploma in Mechanical Engineering3 Years of hands-on experience in mechanical & electrical parts inspection or any other machined/ assembly parts manufacturing industries.Use of CMM measurement equipmentJob SpecificationsKnowledge in machined and assembly parts inspections. In-dept knowledge in first angle, 3rd angel projection drawings. Geometric dimensions symbols, welding symbols and ISO tolerance.Behavioral CompetenciesGood team player with good communication skill & ready to learn attitude.#J-18808-Ljbffr
