As a<b>Creator Agent / Influencer Agency Partner</b>you will onboard creators from your network onto Pulr and support them in activating their return; you will receive a<b>revenue share based on the transactions generated by the creators you onboard</b>. This role is ideal for individuals already active in the<b>influencer talent management, social media or creator economy ecosystem</b>.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Creator Acquisition</h3><ul><li>Identify and recruit content creators, influencers and digital personalities to join the Pulr platform.</li><li>Leverage your existing network of creators, agencies and social media talent.</li><li>Introduce creators to Pulr’s social commerce model and monetization opportunities.</li></ul><h3>Onboarding&Activation</h3><ul><li>Guide creators through the Pulr onboarding process.</li><li>Ensure creators complete their profiles and connect their social platforms.</li><li>Support creators in understanding how to tag products and generate sales through their content.</li></ul><h3>Creator Relationship Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain relationships with onboarded creators.</li><li>Encourage consistent content engagement and product discovery activity.</li><li>Identify high-performing creators and support their growth on the platform.</li></ul><h3>Ecosystem Development</h3><ul><li>Act as a Pulr ecosystem ambassador within the creator community.</li><li>Identify opportunities to onboard creator collectives, agencies or influencer groups.</li></ul><h3>Ideal Profile</h3><ul><li>Influencer managers</li><li>Talent agents</li><li>Creator economy professionals</li><li>Digital marketing specialists</li><li>Social media consultants</li><li>Founder of influencer or talent agencies</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Existing network of influencers or content creators.</li><li>Understanding of social media ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).</li><li>Ability to build and manage creator relationships.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.</li><li>Experience in influencer marketing, talent management or digital media is a strong advantage.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Locations</h3><ul><li>Saudi Arabia</li><li>UAE</li><li>GCC countries</li><li>MENA region</li></ul><h3>Benefits&Compensation Structure</h3><p>This position operates under Pulr’s<b>Influencer Agency Partner Program</b>.
