Listed on Euronext in Paris Vallourec is part of the CAC Mid 60, SBF 120 and Next 150 indices and is eligible for Deferred Settlement Service.To implement and coordinate a comprehensive Employee Health, Safety and Environmental System for the employees of VallourecThe Industrial Information Systems Engineerprovides expertise on industrial IT solutions (implementation, support, continuous improvement) : Level 2 (RTT/SCADA), level 3 (MES), industry 4.0 solutions, specific industrial solutions, and their integration with ERP and automation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projectsUnderstand and analyze business requirements, convert them into IT requirementsFollow‑up the realization with the teams in charge of the solutions (Application Managers, Product Owners)Follow‑up the topics with the various stakeholdersOrganize and coordinate user acceptance testsCoordinate the new solutions/changes implementation/commissioning/ramp‑upTake the ownership and develop a deep understanding of the various solutions, develop the relations with Operations teams/solutions ownersUnderstand the processes/flows (functional part)Understand the special software (functional and technical part)Understand the underlying infrastructure (technical part) : hardware/software, stations locationDocument the solutionsJoin VSA routine meetings (VMS, SMT…)Animate the industrial IT solutions governance (follow‑up meetings…)Support users on the industrial IT scopeTrack support requestsIdentify the improvement opportunitiesSupport the resolution of issues/problems with an industrial IT component through workshops, CITs and Provide trainingAssets management activitiesMaintain IT hardware and software inventories on the scope : special industrial computers, special software, solution‑specific mobile devicesIdentify obsolescence points, put these under control in collaboration with the operations teams and the Global Infrastructure teamsSkillsDeep understanding of industrial IT solutions (automation pyramid)Technical IT background: general knowledge about servers, networks, computers, securityProjects managementExperience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus (CITs, PDCA method…)Excellent analytical/problem‑solving skills and autonomy, high level of curiosityExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with both local and remote teamsExperience7‑10‑year experience in the management of industrial IT solutions (level 1, 2, 3 solutions) as systems analyst/functional consultant, with a significant experience deploying/improving industrial IT solutionsExperience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle,…) is a plusExperience with automation solutions is a plusEducationIndustrial information systems‑oriented Computer Engineering/Science Master’s degreeProject management certifications are plusTechnical EnvironmentIn‑house level 2 solution for real‑time production trackingSpecific level 3 solution (PSI) for MESSAP as ERPVarious in‑house digital solutions for yard management, production performance monitoring, digitalizationVarious vendor‑specific software to control the machinesLanguageGood English (written, spoken) is mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
