As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and processes.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and security of all hardware and software systems.Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements to current systems.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.Train employees on new technologies as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security protocols.Experience managing a team of IT professionals.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Requirements:Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.Fluency in Arabic language is a plus.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package along with accommodation.
