This role is critical for managing and troubleshooting complex network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, and supporting cloud networking solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.Detailed Job DescriptionAs an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling network infrastructure operations, troubleshooting critical issues, and implementing automation solutions. You will work extensively with Cisco technologies, SDN solutions, and cloud networking platforms such as Azure, AWS, or OCI. The role requires strong expertise in routing protocols, network security, and datacenter operations, along with scripting and automation skills to streamline processes. This is a long-term opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies and contribute to the stability and scalability of enterprise networks.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesManage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, services, and projects.Configure and maintain Cisco switches, routers, Nexus switches, Cisco ACI, and Cisco ISE.Implement and support cloud networking solutions (Azure, AWS, OCI).Utilize SDN technologies (Cisco, Dell, or similar) for network optimization.Develop automation scripts using Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues and ensure timely resolution.Manage datacenter and branch network operations with 24/7 support availability.Use troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and DNS diagnostic tools for issue resolution.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Mandatory certifications: CCNA and CCNP.Minimum 6 years of experience in network infrastructure and operations.Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting.Expertise in static/dynamic routing, NAT, DMVPN, multicast, and QoS concepts.Experience with Cisco ACI and SDN technologies.Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins) and basic Linux.✨ Nice‑to‑Have SkillsCloud networking certifications (Azure, AWS, OCI).Advanced scripting skills for automation.Experience with Nexus switches and Cisco ISE.Exposure to network monitoring and performance optimization tools.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities under pressure.Recruitment Pro TipShowcase your hands‑on experience with Cisco ACI and cloud networking solutions, and highlight any automation projects you’ve implemented using Ansible or Jenkins.
