<div><p><b>Job Title:</b>Inside Sales Executive – CIS Region (Remote)</p><p><b>Location:</b>Remote (Candidates from CIS countries preferred; Kenya-based candidates may also be considered)<br/><b>Language Requirement:</b>Fluent in Russian</p><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We are seeking a motivated<b>Inside Sales Executive</b>to support sales activities across the<b>CIS region</b>. The ideal candidate should be fluent in<b>Russian</b>and possess proven experience in<b>regional sales or tele-sales</b>. This role involves identifying potential customers conducting remote sales outreach and supporting business development initiatives within the target market.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct outbound sales calls and remote outreach to prospective clients in the CIS region.</li><li>Generate and qualify sales leads through tele-calling, emails, and online platforms.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.</li><li>Present company products or services effectively and handle client inquiries.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM or sales tools.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support regional sales strategies.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the CIS region.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li>Fluent in Russian (mandatory).</li><li>Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales or regional sales.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li><li>Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office and online communication platforms.</li><li>Strong lead generation and client relationship management skills.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience handling CIS region clients or markets.</li><li>Background in international sales or cross-border business development.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple leads and sales pipelines effectively.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
