This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, clarity, and strategic value of all deliverables, acting as the critical bridge between the client and CARMA's internal teams. The role carries a dual reporting line to the Key Account Director and the Insights Consultant, MENA, and is delivered as an on-site secondment at the client's location in Dammam, KSA. This embedded model supports close collaboration, rapid knowledge exchange, and the development of strong, trusted client relationships. This position is ideal for someone genuinely passionate about insights—particularly media insights—who thrives on translating complex data into meaning, identifying patterns, and enabling confident, informed decision-making. The successful candidate will bring broad experience delivering media insights across sectors and will be comfortable independently producing comprehensive, executive-level analysis that drives action. Active engagement with the wider insights and communications industry is highly valued, including familiarity with recognised measurement frameworks such as AMEC. While formal qualifications are welcomed, curiosity, critical thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. Insights Managers are expected to confidently manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally, build strong client partnerships, coach and manage secondees based on-site, and contribute to innovation—particularly through the effective use of AI tools to enhance insight generation, quality, and efficiency.What You'll DoLead and manage ad-hoc and ongoing insight reporting for a Tier 01 client, providing on-site support aligned to evolving business needsIndependently develop end-to-end analysis and insight reports from the ground up, delivering clear, actionable recommendations for senior and executive stakeholdersProvide strategic insight and counsel during key moments, including high-profile events, issues, and crisesManage and oversee the on-site secondee team to ensure seamless client support, consistency of output, and alignment with project objectivesDesign and deliver a comprehensive, scalable measurement programme aligned to the client's strategic goalsBuild and maintain strong, trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholdersLeverage AI-enabled tools and platforms to enhance insight generation, improve efficiency, and evolve reporting methodologiesSupport proposal development, client onboarding, and account growth initiatives as requiredRequirementsDemonstrated experience delivering media insights across industries, with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear strategic narrativesA strong passion for storytelling through data, evidence-based analysis, and insight-led decision-makingThe ability to independently produce executive-level reports, with excellent writing, synthesis, and presentation skillsExperience gained either agency-side or client-side, including backgrounds such as media analysis, journalism, reporting, or editorial roles where clarity, accuracy, and senior-level communication are criticalStrong understanding of audience analysis and online media, including digital performance, engagement, and narrative dynamicsFamiliarity with AMEC frameworks (formal certification welcomed but not required)Excellent client communication, project management, and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative, curious mindset with a strong drive for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement#J-18808-Ljbffr
