Job Description
<div><h3>1) Private Bank Coverage&Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Partner 1:1 with assigned<b>Private Bankers</b>to originate structure and execute insurance cases across a defined HNW/UHNW book.</li><li>Participate in<b>joint and individual client meetings</b>to prepare bespoke insurance analyses aligned to the clients total insurance need and longterm goals.</li><li>Devise and implement effective strategies to drive sales through a customer-centric lens.</li><li>Educate private bankers on products planning strategies.</li><li>Train and enable front office teams on use cases (e.g.<b>legacy equalization keyperson/creditor protection premium financing considerations</b>and pipeline management).</li><li>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in collaboration with Private Bankers Investment Counsellors and Relationship Managers to ensure consistent origination tracking and conversion of insurance cases.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing or product teams to design and execute targeted campaigns and promotional materials for HNW/UHNW clients segment.</li><li>Provide insights and feedback to management on market trends client demand and distribution performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h3>2) Client Advisory&Solution Design</h3><ul><li>Conduct<b>needs based assessments</b>for complex client profiles (entrepreneurs multijurisdictional families family offices) articulating benefits and tradeoffs across<b>protection accumulation and liquidity</b>solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with<b>trust/estate practitioners legal and tax advisors</b>(client appointed) to ensure solutions align with structures such as holding companies trusts and foundations.</li><li>Prepare clear compliant client materials: proposals illustrations and<b>statement of suitability</b>notes tailored to private banking standards.</li></ul><h3>3) Risk Conduct&Regulatory Compliance</h3><ul><li>Operate in strict adherence to<b>DIFC/DFSA</b>regulations data protection requirements and internal policies (including enhanced due diligence for sourceofwealth/sourceoffunds suitability and appropriateness conflicts and recordkeeping).</li><li>Ensure<b>CRS/FATCA</b>considerations and crossborder marketing guidance are respected in collaboration with Compliance.</li><li>Champion<b>fair customer outcomes</b>and maintain complete and accurate documentation across CRM and policy administration systems.</li></ul><h3>4) Execution Excellence&After Sales Care</h3><ul><li>Track leads from the bank partner contact prospects promptly and schedule the first meeting. Update stakeholders regularly using the internal CRM system.</li><li>Orchestrate endtoend case execution: onboarding underwriting placement delivery and<b>inforce policy management</b>(benefit changes collateral/financing coordination where applicable claims support).</li><li>Monitor<b>inforce performance</b>and policy suitability over time; proactively recommend reviews due to life events liquidity events or structural changes.</li><li>Maintain an accurate<b>pipeline</b>and contribute to monthly/quarterly Private Bank business reviews.</li><li>Join weekly meetings with the bank partner to review ongoing cases spot issues and find solutions to prevent them from happening again.</li></ul><h3>About Manulife and John Hancock</h3><p>Manulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
