This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with Managing Directors to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as a strategic finance partner to regional Managing Directors</li><li>Provide strong commercial insight to support growth and profitability</li><li>Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes</li><li>Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across the division</li><li>Deliver clear and actionable financial reporting to stakeholders</li><li>Support value creation initiatives in a private equity environment</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a Finance Director or CFO, ideally in a PE-backed environment</li><li>Strong technical accounting expertise combined with commercial acumen</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior operational leaders</li><li>Experience managing finance teams and driving performance</li><li>Hands-on, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in an interim capacity</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
