Job Description

Our client is a Middle Eastern bank with global ambitions, who have already established a footprint in the European market. They are now looking for an International HR Integration and Support Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the International Banking division as they undertake integration projects. Key responsibilities are centred on developing and implementing HR integration and synergy plans with appropriate measures for tracking and monitoring performance. You will be creating the KPI’s for performance monitoring and quality measurement and working with functional business heads and country managers.As the “Project Leader” for all integration projects you will be dealing with contractors, project managers and vendors to manage and coordinate the work processes and outputs. You will also be working closely with internal staff in monitoring effectiveness and coordinating with key staff on recruitment and manpower planning. You will also be acting as the go to person in the integration process when it comes to all matters such as benefits, HR issues and regional HR programs including salary reviews and employee opinion surveys.Arabic - Fluent / ExcellentFrench - Very GoodOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAnyJob SkillsThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Integration specialist who has had exposure to banking acquisitions from cradle to grave. You will have at least four years’ experience inside a banking environment, or a consultancy firm. A strong character with excellent negotiation and influencing skills will succeed in this role. Arabic and or French speaking skills would be advantageous, but are not essential.
