The candidate will be responsible for leading international business expansion, revenue growth, distributor development, and overall P&L management in overseas markets (USA, UAE, Malaysia).Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute international business strategy for aluminum truss products.Identify and onboard distributors, rental companies, event production houses, and exhibition contractors.Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets in assigned regions.Build strong relationships with event companies, stage production firms, and exhibition organizers.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor analysis.Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and key account management.Manage end-to-end export coordination including compliance, logistics, and payment terms.Represent the company in international trade shows, expos, and industry events.Collaborate with production and design teams to customize solutions as per client requirements.Prepare business forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management.Required Skills & Competencies:Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Event Industry / Truss Manufacturing / Stage & Exhibition Infrastructure.Strong international business development exposure (USA, UAE, Malaysia preferred).Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Strong network within event production and rental companies.Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.Strategic thinker with P&L management experience.Willingness to travel internationally.Educational Qualification:MBA in International Business / Sales & Marketing preferred.Engineering background (Mechanical / Production) will be an added advantage.Interested candidates can apply or share their updated CVs at Current Openings (Naukri):https://www.naukri.com/essvee-consultant-jobs-careers-123488705Current Openings (LinkedIn):https://www.linkedin.com/company/essvee-consultants/posts/ThanksRitu9990744966(WhatsApp or Call)#J-18808-Ljbffr
