The hospital is dedicated to improving health outcomes, facilitating access to quality care and addressing the unique needs of military personnel, their families, and the broader community in the Northern Emirates.This role is responsible for the monitoring, reviewing inventory, placing orders, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and transfer of materials and supplies for hospital departments.ResponsibilitiesSupport end‑to‑end inventory operations for hospital supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, issuing, and system‑based tracking using ERP and barcoding solutions.Coordinate logistics and stock movements, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders, deliveries, transfers, tagging, and accurate documentation.Ensure inventory accuracy and quality control by inspecting received items, resolving discrepancies with vendors and departments, and responding promptly to product recalls.Monitor stock levels and support demand forecasting in line with min‑max policies to prevent overstocking, shortages, and expiries.Maintain organized, safe, and compliant storage and warehouse operations, including proper stock rotation, expiry monitoring, and housekeeping standards.Conduct regular inventory counts and audits (daily, monthly, and annual), investigate variances, and prepare accurate reports for internal stakeholders such as Finance and Operations.Deliver high‑quality internal customer service, supporting departments with timely supply distribution, system queries, and continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI).QualificationsDiploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the healthcare industry, preferably in hospital or clinical supply chain operations.Proven experience handling medical consumables and healthcare inventory, with an understanding of storage, handling, and expiry management requirements.Sound knowledge of standard warehousing practices, inventory control processes, and stock management principles.Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including moving and lifting inventory items, in a safe and compliant manner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
