Inventory Controller

ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, consumables, chemicals, powders.Monitor stock levels and ensure timely identification of shortages, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete items.Maintain safety stock of all high movement parts and monitor on daily basis.Conduct monthly and periodic stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciliation of variances.Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO and bin location controls.Verify and control material movements including inward, issue, transfer, and dispatch.Ensure all inventory transactions are correctly posted in the ERP/system (SAP/Oracle/etc.).Investigate inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.Coordinate with Stores, Production, Planning, Purchase, and Quality teams.Support internal and external audits related to inventory.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and space utilization.Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company procedures.Key Skills & KnowledgeStrong knowledge of inventory control & ISO documentation processesERP/SAP proficiencyAnalytical and reconciliation skillsUnderstanding of manufacturing store operations#J-18808-Ljbffr
