Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 02/10/2026The Inventory Executive isresponsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels across alllocations, ensuring smooth flow of inventory-related operations. This roleincludes monitoring stock levels, coordinating with various departments,analyzing inventory data, conducting audits, and implementing processimprovements. The Inventory Executive will work with the Head Office Inventoryteam to maintain a high standard of inventory accuracy and efficiency, whilecontributing to overall supply chain management.KeyResponsibilities:Monitorand maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels acrossstores and warehouses.Trackand reconcile stock discrepancies and ensure accurate data in theinventory management system (SAP or relevant ERP system).Generateand analyze inventory reports, including stock ageing, stock movement,and inventory accuracy reports.StockAuditing & PI (Physical Inventory) :Assistin the coordination and execution of periodic stock audits and monthlyphysical inventory (PI) processes.Ensureaccurate stock counts and timely adjustments by collaborating with storeand warehouse teams.Leadthe implementation of inventory control best practices, focusing onshrinkage reduction and accuracy.UtilizeBI dashboards and inventory management tools to provide real-timevisibility into inventory metrics.Collaboratewith the Analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards that supportbusiness decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs).ProcessImprovement :Identifygaps in current inventory processes and recommend improvements to enhanceinventory control, efficiency, and data accuracy.Supportthe implementation of automated solutions for inventory tracking andstock count processes.Vendor& Category Collaboration :Liaisewith vendors, the supply chain, and category management teams to ensuretimely replenishment, RTV (Return to Vendor), and liquidation of ageingstock.Monitorvendor performance and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies anddelays.Documentation& Reporting :Prepareinventory reports and present them to senior management, ensuring clearcommunication on inventory status, challenges, and performance.Maintainproper documentation for inventory audits, transactions, andreconciliations.Compliance& SOP Adherence :Ensureall inventory processes and activities comply with company policies,SOPs, and audit requirements.Promoteadherence to safety protocols and quality standards in inventoryhandling.RequirementsExperience:1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in a retail environmentEducational Qualification: Undergraduate/ GraduateProfessional Certifications: NASkills & Abilities: MS Excel, follow up, co-ordination Numerical skills, Good communications skills, system/software skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
