Tahaluf is making a huge impact on the global events sector.What you will doYou will invite, convince, and onboard an impressive cohort of investors for a program that will include an investor lounge, a dedicated investor dinner, bespoke meetings and opportunities to connect with fellow members of the investment ecosystem.Your future KPIs will be aligned to bringing onboard the best and the brightest investors from around the world, that will help ensure our events have the most impressive investor program cohort in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify an impressive range of investors and investment firms.Keep in contact with these investors throughout the year, cultivating a relationship, answering all queries, and meeting with them to convince them to become a part of the Investor Program. Keep all data on a daily-updated database for tracking and data purposes.Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure Tier 1 investors (from the top global firms) are well looked after, featured on the website and all investors confirmed to attend are kept well informed about key event details, such as badge collection, app downloads, venue location, and more.During the event, work around the clock on the ground, meet investors and support delivering experiences.Contribute new ideas and topics for the conferences, features, webinars, and content based on those investors you have onboarded.Innovatively identify cutting‑edge investors and ensure they align to the core values of our events.Diligently ensure onboarded investors are high quality, and the firms they represent are high value.What you will bringExperience in conference production and/or event managementExperience in dealing with investors and VCs is greatly preferred, especially if relationships have already been established and cultivatedBrand and market awarenessBrand and market awarenessWho you areYou are excited about bringing some of the biggest names in investment to SaudiYou are a team player, and you will look to help other members of the team where possibleYou are enthusiastic, driven and always striving to deliver to the highest possible standardYou enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and you love being part of a happy, motivated and enthusiastic teamYou already have experience in dealing with the investment community and enjoy connecting people with opportunities.Please note that this is a contract role.
