We combine deep domain expertise with agility and execution excellence to support large-scale transformation initiatives across the GCC.Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner to act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, preferably based in Riyadh.The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise IT, digital transformation, and business operations, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership, functional heads, and delivery teams to align IT capabilities with business objectives and ensure successful execution of technology initiatives. Regular travel within Saudi Arabia is required to support stakeholder engagement and project delivery.Responsibilities:Business & IT AlignmentServe as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.Translate business strategies and operational requirements into clear IT initiatives, roadmaps, and solution requirements.Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can enhance efficiency, performance, and service delivery.IT Planning, Governance & Demand ManagementSupport the planning, prioritization, and governance of IT and digital initiatives across the organization.Oversee demand management to ensure IT investments are aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues where required to ensure successful outcomes.Delivery Support & AdoptionWork closely with delivery teams to support the successful execution of enterprise IT and digital initiatives.Support change and adoption activities to ensure effective implementation and value realization from IT solutions.Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered technology outcomes.Stakeholder & Partner EngagementBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.Engage regularly with stakeholders across Saudi Arabia to support project delivery and business alignment.Communicate clearly and professionally in Arabic and English with senior leadership and key stakeholders.What You Need:Minimum 10 years of experience in IT business partnering, IT management, or related roles.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience working closely with business leaders to deliver enterprise IT or digital initiatives.Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, systems integration, and delivery models.Prior experience working within Saudi Arabia with strong awareness of local business and organizational culture.Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Ability and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience working with government entities or large enterprises is highly preferred.Why Choose UsOur global network of industry experts and mentors helps shape your growth and future.
