<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide end-user support for PCs and mobile devices.</li><li>Manage and maintain accurate IT inventory records.</li><li>Perform installation, configuration, and setup of PCs and mobile devices.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Develop and maintain user manuals and technical guides.</li><li>Support Microsoft 365 applications including O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) video conferencing systems.</li><li>Conduct basic Local Area Network (LAN) troubleshooting.</li><li>Update and maintain network inventory documentation and network diagrams.</li><li>Support System Engineers on network and data center-related topics.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Henkel’s internal guidelines, policies, and regulations.</li></ul><h3>What makes you a good fit</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.</li><li>0–1 year of relevant experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.</li><li>Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking concepts.</li><li>Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within a dynamic IT environment.</li></ul><p>At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
