The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strategic alignment of IT services to meet business needs.This role includes managing a team of IT professionals, external vendors, and technology service providers, while leading projects that drive innovation and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute IT strategies aligned with the group's overall objectives.Lead the deployment of new technologies and system upgrades across the group.Recommend and implement best practices for continuous IT improvement.2. IT Operations & User SupportOversee daily IT operations across group companies including software, hardware, and helpdesk support.Ensure high levels of system uptime and user satisfaction.Establish and maintain IT policies and standard operating procedures.3. Infrastructure & Network ManagementManage both on-premise and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft Azure).Monitor performance, security, and availability of systems and networks.Coordinate data backups, recovery, and business continuity plans.4.
