OverviewAn established large organisation.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end to end delivery of a multi-stream IT program across enterprise systemsDevelop and manage the integrated program roadmap, milestones, and dependenciesEstablish program governance, reporting cadence, and RAID managementCoordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors, and system integratorsOversee system implementations, integrations, and technical deliveryManage UAT cycles, data migration, cutover planning, training coordination, and hypercareTrack risks, issues, and interdependencies and escalate proactivelyProvide clear executive-level status updates and delivery reportingDrive delivery discipline, accountability, and continuous improvementQualifications10+ years of IT program or project management experienceProven delivery of multi system enterprise implementations (ERP, CRM, PMIS, core platforms)Background in mature, structured IT organisations with strong governance and controlsExperience delivering programs across international or multi country environmentsStrong program governance and PMO disciplineExperience managing multiple vendors and parallel delivery streamsSolid understanding of enterprise systems and integration landscapesExperience operating in transformation type environments while applying proven delivery frameworksRelevant degree; professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
