Job Description

OverviewPosition Title: IT Project ManagerLocation: Jubail, Saudi ArabiaEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience and 7+ years overall IT experienceMonthly Salary Package: 8,000 – 13,000 SARQualificationsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (SDLC, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall)Proficiency in Project Management tools (MS Project, MS EPM)Experience in managing project budgets and financial trackingSkilled in risk identification, mitigation, and quality controlExcellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution skillsStrong leadership, mentoring, and team guidance experienceAbility to build and maintain strong partnerships with business and technology leadersExperience in developing SOWs and acquisition-related documentsStrong background in client service and stakeholder relationship managementExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple clients, competing needs, and fast-paced projectsHigh level of professionalism, patience, and maturityLanguage RequirementsLanguage Requirements: English (Arabic preferred)ResponsibilitiesOversee and lead IT project management processes and implementationSupport projects with in-house staff and external stakeholdersDevelop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgetsIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risksConduct and manage quality control processesPlan, manage, and lead Stage Gate meetings to review and approve deliverables before SDLC transitionsTrack project status and report regularly to senior management and stakeholdersHandle recurring and ad-hoc data calls, reports, and client requestsBuild presentation decks, talking points, and status agendasConduct program status meetings with staff and stakeholdersManage multiple client relationships and competing project needsTrack risks, issues, and action items throughout the project lifecycleDrive lessons learned processes for each software releaseMentor team members on project management best practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
