Joinery Supervisor

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Supervisor to lead and manage joinery workshop operations and site-based installations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage production timelines, cutting lists and material requirements efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring all joinery work meets design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily joinery workshop activitiesPrepare cutting lists and material requirements for each projectRead and follow technical drawings and cutting schedulesEnsure high-quality finishing and attention to detailManage team schedules and assign tasksMonitor materials, tools and inventoryMaintain safety standards in the workshopSupport and train new workersCoordinate with project managers and other departmentsRequirements5 years of experience in joinery, carpentry or woodworkingPrevious experience leading a team or supervising a workshopStrong knowledge of wood materials, tools and joinery techniquesAble to read and understand technical drawingsGood communication and problem-solving skillsBasic computer skills are a plusRequired ExperienceManager#J-18808-Ljbffr
