Junior Accountant

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established plastic trading business with a strong presence in domestic and export markets. The company is looking to hire a Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities prepare statements and handle reconciliations using Tally and Excel. Key Responsibilities:- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (sales purchases receipts payments journals).- Prepare financial statements and reports using Excel.- Perform bank ledger and vendor/customer reconciliations.- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.- Maintain proper documentation of invoices vouchers and supporting records.- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.- Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reviews as required.- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting procedures.Requirements- Bachelors degree or diploma in Accounting Finance or Commerce.- 12 years of experience in a similar accounting role.- Working knowledge of Tally ERP.- Proficiency in MS Excel (statements reconciliation basic formulas).- Experience in preparing reconciliation statements.- Basic understanding of accounting principles.- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.Benefits- Salary plus BenefitsRequired Skills:- Bachelors degree or diploma in Accounting Finance or Commerce. - 12 years of experience in a similar accounting role. - Working knowledge of Tally ERP. - Proficiency in MS Excel (statements reconciliation basic formulas). - Experience in preparing reconciliation statements. - Basic understanding of accounting principles. - Good attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
