We're hiring a<b>Junior AI Automation Engineer - GTM</b>.</p><h3>What you'll be doing</h3><ul><li><p>Analyze and map the complete sales workflow from lead generation to deal closure, identifying automation opportunities to accelerate pipeline velocity and improve conversion rates.</p></li><li><p>Design and build intelligent n8n workflows that automate lead scoring, enrichment, routing, follow-up sequences, and sales activity tracking across the entire sales funnel.</p></li><li><p>Deploy AI-powered tools using Exa for prospect research and market intelligence, Pinecone for semantic matching of leads to ideal customer profiles, and Hex for sales performance analytics.</p></li><li><p>Build custom Python and JavaScript solutions for CRM data enrichment, automated sales reporting, deal health scoring, and predictive pipeline analysis.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to understand the customer journey, pain points in the sales process, and opportunities to leverage automation for revenue growth.</p></li><li><p>Design data structures for sales territories, account hierarchies, opportunity stages, and activity tracking to enable comprehensive sales analytics and forecasting.</p></li><li><p>Create AI-driven solutions for lead qualification, automated outreach personalization, meeting scheduling optimization, and intelligent deal recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Integrate sales tools (CRM, email sequencing, LinkedIn automation, calendaring, proposal tools) to eliminate manual data entry and create seamless information flow.</p></li><li><p>Monitor automation performance metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and sales cycle length, continuously optimizing workflows for maximum impact.</p></li></ul><h3>Who we are looking for</h3><ul><li><p>A technically skilled engineer with<b>2–4+ years of experience</b>in sales operations, marketing automation, data engineering, or revenue analytics with strong programming abilities.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in<b>Python and JavaScript</b>with experience building automation tools, data pipelines, and analytical dashboards.</p></li><li><p>Solid experience with<b>workflow automation platforms</b>, particularly n8n, or comparable tools used in sales and marketing automation.</p></li><li><p>Practical knowledge of<b>AI/ML tools</b>including Exa, Pinecone, Hex, or similar platforms for intelligent data processing and analysis.</p></li><li><p>Strong grasp of<b>API integrations</b>, webhooks, and data synchronization across sales technology stacks.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with<b>CRM platforms</b>(Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) is highly desirable.</p></li><li><p>Capable of designing data models for complex sales processes, including multi-touch attribution, sales forecasting, and revenue analytics.</p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset with experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and defining metrics that drive sales performance.</p></li><li><p>Strong communicator who can bridge technical and business conversations, translating sales requirements into technical specifications.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated individual who can prioritize multiple automation initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.</p></li><li><p><b>20% sales domain knowledge</b>(understanding B2B sales cycles, lead qualification frameworks, revenue operations) paired with<b>80% engineering expertise</b>.</p></li><li><p>Enthusiastic about using AI to transform sales efficiency and effectiveness, ideally with experience in fintech or high-growth SaaS environments.</p></li></ul><h3>Why Pemo?</h3><p>Work your way with flexible hours, remote-friendly (GMT+4), and freedom to take time off when you need it.
