Junior Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Title: Junior Cybersecurity AnalystLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Summary: Our client is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to support our cybersecurity operations, assisting in threat monitoring, detection, and response.ResponsibilitiesMonitor cybersecurity alerts and system logs under supervision using security monitoring and SIEM tools.Assist in identifying cybersecurity incidents and potential threats.Support incident response activities, including initial investigation and documentation.Assist with vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking.Support implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls issued by NCA.Maintain cybersecurity documentation, reports, and asset records.Escalate incidents according to established cybersecurity procedures.Participate in cybersecurity awareness, drills, and training programs.Required Knowledge & SkillsBasic understanding of cybersecurity principles and threats.Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing concepts).Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).Awareness of common attack types (phishing, malware, unauthorized access).Ability to analyze logs and security alerts at a basic level.Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.Hands on experience with ECC CCC by NCA audit exercise.Preferred CertificationsSecurity+CEH (Entry Level)NCA-recognized cybersecurity training programsMandatory RequirementsSaudi National (mandatory requirement).Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4+ years of relevant IT or cybersecurity experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
