Junior Production Supervisor

Lead day-to-day production operations while driving quality safety and team performance !Oversees all production operations including raw material (RM) store.Guides and directs workforce; assigns tasks and provides instructionsEnsures product manufacturing aligns with batch cards and management systemsTrains manpower and ensures proper job allocationSupervises maintenance technicians and ensures equipment checksCoordinates with Production Planner for timely batch planning and deliveryManages ERP transactions for stock transfer/postingEnforces fire and safety protocols; active member of the Fire Fighting TeamControls departmental costs including overtime (OT)Maintains production-related documentationEnsures adherence to company policies and procedures.Maintains a safe and healthy work environment in line with HSE policiesFollows SOPs QMS EMS and OHSAS systemsOversees production line operations and cross-functional coordinationManages site maintenance and supervises preventive/breakdown maintenanceEnsures daily plans are followed and stock availability is maintainedWhat were looking for:Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering Production/Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering.2 to 3 years of experience will be idealKnowledge of manufacturing processes and equipmentUnderstanding of ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.)Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) EMS Health & Safety.Ability to read and interpret batch cards SOPs and technical documentsPreventive and breakdown maintenance coordinationTurning production goals into polished results !!Good interpersonal presentation and strong analytical skills.Strong commercial focus and ability to define develop and execute new business opportunities.Strong collaboratorDoes it sound like a match to youClick the Apply for position button in the top-right corner and submit your application letter with a CV in English via our recruitment system.Final deadline for applications is 15 October 2025.More about HempelAt Hempel youre welcomed to a global community of 7500 colleagues around the world.
