This role requires an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the beauty and fragrance industry.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of PR and influencer initiatives aligned with KAYALI's marketing calendar and global brand objectivesAssist in monitoring KAYALI's influencer and press performance to help track Earned Media Value (EMV) and Media Impact Value (MIV)Monitor market trends and competitive activity to keep the team informed of industry movement and relevant brand activationsMaintain and update the influencer database across MEASAT, including assisting in identifying emerging creators and community voicesSupport the execution of influencer and PR relationships and partnerships, including coordinating seeding, tracking deliverables, and helping manage timelinesMonitor influencer content and performance data and assist in preparing recap reports and learningsAssist in maintaining relationships with beauty and lifestyle media contacts across the MEASAT regionHelp track media coverage compiling weekly and monthly summariesAssist in planning and execution PR and influencer events to support launches and brand initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth event execution, including logistics, guest lists, product needs, and follow-upUtilize tools such as Tribe Dynamics to help track and report on PR and influencer campaign performanceAid in preparing updates and reports based on campaign activity and industry trendsSupport agency coordination as needed to ensure smooth workflow and communicationCollaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging, deliverables, and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, social media, or related rolesStrong relationship-building and communication skillsComfort with data tracking and basic analysisInterest in the beauty and fragrance industry and awareness of key creators and media outletsFamiliarity with influencer and PR tools (Tribe Dynamics) is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at onceProficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPointA collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
