With a keen eye on global trends and consumer needs, we pride ourselves on our agility, our ability to capture emerging health movements early, and our commitment to staying ahead of the curve.Job SummaryThe Key Account Executive Saudi Arabia is responsible for managing and developing assigned pharmacy chain accounts across the Kingdom, supporting the Commercial Head in delivering sustainable growth, strong execution, and disciplined commercial performance.The role focuses on day-to-day account management, execution excellence, promotional implementation, and customer relationship building within major pharmacy groups such as Nahdi, Al‑Dawaa, and other leading chains.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Sales DeliveryManage assigned pharmacy chain accounts under the direction of the Commercial HeadDeliver agreed sales targets and distribution objectivesMonitor sell‑in and sell‑out performance across accountsIdentify growth opportunities within assigned customersCommercial Execution & PromotionsExecute promotional plans and commercial agreements within assigned accountsEnsure correct implementation of agreed trade terms and visibility plansTrack promotional performance and provide feedback to Commercial and Finance teamsSupport negotiations by preparing data, analysis, and performance reviewsDistribution, Availability & VisibilityEnsure strong product availability and minimize out‑of‑stocks within assigned accountsMonitor in‑store execution standards and visibilityCoordinate with supply chain to address stock or service issuesSupport new product launches and ensure timely listing and executionForecasting & ReportingProvide accurate monthly sales forecasts for assigned accountsMaintain up‑to‑date account performance dashboardsReport market feedback, competitive activity, and customer insights internallyCross‑Functional & Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with:Marketing to execute campaigns and in‑store activationsSupply Chain to ensure service levelsFinance for trade spend tracking and reconciliationAct as the primary operational contact for assigned customers.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmacy or related field3–6 years of experience in Key Account or sales roles within FMCG, consumer health, pharma‑adjacent, wellness or nutrition categoriesProven exposure to managing pharmacy chains in Saudi Arabia (e.g., Nahdi, Al‑Dawaa or equivalent)Experience in promotional execution and trade coordinationStrong analytical and reporting capabilitiesProficiency in Excel and sales performance tracking tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
