The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and positive learning environment for children aged 3-6 years old.The Kindergarten Teacher should be highly motivated and possess excellent organisational, interpersonal, communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for children's education, as well as proven experience with planning and delivering lessons to young learners.The main responsibilities of the position include: developing lesson plans that incorporate all aspects of child development; engaging students through creative activities; evaluating students’ progress and providing feedback; developing relationships with parents/guardians; maintaining classroom discipline; participating in staff meetings; and adhering to school policies.The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working with young children, as well as a relevant degree in Education or Early Childhood Development.
