We believe that knowledge sharing is the key, not only to innovation, but to the growth and development of our people.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Business Administration, Innovation, or related fields.5-7 years of consulting experience, with a demonstrated track record of client engagement and project management.Advanced proficiency in Innovation and/or business transformation topics and project management.Enhanced interpersonal skills, capable of fostering client relationships and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to inspire and influence the decisions of executives and stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, capable of leading analytical projects and interpreting complex data sets.
