The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tests and analyses on plastic materials to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.Preferred SkillsExperience with quality assurance processes and standards (e.g., ISO).Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to chemical handling.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct material testing and analysis on raw materials and finished products.Perform quality control checks during production to identify defects and inconsistencies.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing.Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop new materials and processes.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate findings to management.Participate in research and development projects as required.QualificationsBachelors degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the plastic or materials industry.Familiarity with testing methods such as tensile testing, impact resistance testing, and thermal analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.#J-18808-Ljbffr
