OverviewJob Title: Land SurveyorLocation: El-Ain, UAEResponsibilities and qualifications.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping survey plans, conducting surveys, and analyzing data.Utilizing an assortment of equipment such as theodolites and electronic data collectors.Preparing estimates for projects.Using computer software to generate maps, reports, and other documents.Assisting with other land-related tasks such as boundary disputes resolution.Requirements for CandidateBachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering or related fieldProficiency in the use of surveying equipmentMust be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditionsAbility to work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and organizational skillsValid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel when requiredFluency in English language (foreigners should have a basic command of Arabic)QualificationsKnowledge of land surveying principles and practices.Understanding of relevant laws and regulations regarding land use and development.Ability to analyze complex information quickly and accurately.Ability to work independently or part of a team with strong problem-solving skills.Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
