OverviewLand Surveyor - Ajman, UAEWe are searching for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting and overseeing land surveys to determine property boundaries, positioning of structures and natural features on the land, and to provide data for mapmaking and construction projects.ResponsibilitiesConducting land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levelsAnalyzing survey data to create maps, plans, and reportsInterpreting the legal documents related to property boundariesCollaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to carry out construction projectsConducting research on previous surveys, land records, and other data sources to ensure accuracy of resultsMaintaining accurate records of survey data and preparing reports for clients or government agenciesAdhering to safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys in various locationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in surveying or related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor in UAE or similar environmentProficient in using surveying tools such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levelsKnowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package of 1300 USD per month along with accommodation.If you have the required qualifications and experience, please apply now.
