Landscaping Engineer

We are a new sustainable landscaping company focused on innovative, efficient, and smart landscaping solutions in Dubai and the region. We are part of a climate-tech startup building an integrated ecosystem of water solutions that generate, conserve, and optimize water for agriculture, industry, and environmental restoration in water-scarce regions. This is not a conventional job, it’s an opportunity to co-create and grow a landscaping business from the ground up, taking ownership of projects, processes, and long‑term business strategy.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Landscaping Engineer who is entrepreneurial, innovative, and ready to take ownership of building a landscaping business from scratch. You will lead project planning, design, execution, and client engagement while working closely with the founding team to develop scalable operations, innovative solutions, and sustainable practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, planning, and execution of landscaping projects from concept to completion.Integrate sustainable and innovative practices, including water‑efficient systems, smart irrigation, and eco‑friendly landscaping materials.Manage budgets, procurement, timelines, and resource allocation for landscaping projects.Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, sub‑contractors, and suppliers to ensure high‑quality delivery and satisfaction.Develop business operations, workflows, and processes for a scalable landscaping venture.Identify and implement new technologies and materials to differentiate the business in the market.Contribute to the strategic vision, growth plans, and innovation roadmap of the landscaping business.Ensure all projects and designs are compliant with regulations and approved by Dubai Municipality.QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in architectural engineering.Proven experience in landscaping, landscape architecture, urban planning, or afforestation projects.Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.Passion for sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurial ventures.Knowledge of advanced irrigation, water harvesting, or smart landscaping systems is a plus.Excellent communication and client engagement skills.Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.Approved by Dubai Municipality as a licensed Landscaping Engineer.Opportunity to co‑build and lead a landscaping business in Dubai.Ownership of projects and direct impact on business growth.Flexible structure tailored to entrepreneurial collaboration rather than traditional employment.Exposure to innovative solutions, climate tech integration, and a high‑growth ecosystem.#J-18808-Ljbffr
